Mochlos is a small fishing village between Agios Nikolaos and Sitia. It is one of the few parts of the coast accessible in this region although by a narrow road. Travellers need to drive via the village of Sfaka to find Mochlos’ Minoan remains, most of which are on the island with the same name (Mochlos) opposite the village, next to the chapel.
